The Opportunity at Volta Charging

You will be a programmatic expert within the media sales team cultivating relationships across your assigned Demand and Supply-side platforms to increase programmatic activation of Volta Charging’s screens.

In your first 90 days, you will

  • Develop an understanding and fluency with Volta’s sales pitch and value proposition
  • Identify and secure meetings with programmatic leads of your client base 

After twelve months, you will have accomplished:

  • Increasing programmatic sales and improve renewal rates from all assigned platforms
  • Building a strong perception from all assigned platforms of Volta Charging as the easiest partner to activate media programs with strong ROI
  • Instilling trust with your colleagues and platforms because of your expertise of the space, of Volta’s product and your ability to drive value
  • Developed methodology for objection handling to elevate sales team conversations
  • Made recommendations on process improvements, tools/systems for the team to leverage, etc. to drive efficiency

What you bring to Volta Charging:

  • Extensive hands-on-keyboard experience in the programmatic media space
  • Comfort and ability to discuss PMPs and data segments with a programmatic trader one moment and then delivering a sales pitch to a trading lead the next
  • A respect and desire for collaboration
