This individual contributor role will report to the VP of Sales and focus on consultative pre-sales activities that demonstrate the value of our platform to prospects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer facing roles within eCommerce or marketing technology sales environments, particularly with CPG brands and retailers. You’ll collaborate  seamlessly with our Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions. Role Overview

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of Vizit’s platform to prospective customers. By leveraging your customer-facing experience and eCommerce knowledge, you’ll partner with our sales team to ensure each opportunity is properly positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to guide prospects through the sales journey
  • Support discovery sessions to understand customer needs and align Vizit’s solutions to their goals
  • Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that showcase Vizit’s value proposition
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to design and deliver thoughtful solutions  that address specific customer challenges
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, becoming their  trusted advisor throughout the sales process
  • Develop and present compelling business cases, ROI analyses, and use case recommendations 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vizit’s platform to effectively communicate its benefits in client conversation
  • Gather and share prospect feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help inform product development initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in  pre-sales, customer success, or account management
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, or visual content strategies
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and web technologies 
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
  • A consultative approach to understanding and addressing prospects needs
  • A problem-solver’s mindset with the ability to think creatively in dynamic situations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneouslyExperience working with enterprise clients and addressing their unique needs and challenges
  • Self-motivated with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
