Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician - Food & Beverage Technician to be based in Los Angeles, CA

 

THE ROLE:

As an Equipment Technician, you will work independently to provide reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout an assigned territory. Compensation ranges from $26 p/h to $32 p/h, depending on experience.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Repair and perform scheduled maintenance on the following equipment types throughout an assigned territory:
  • Commercial Espresso and Coffee systems by Franke and other manufacturers
  • Turbo Chef, Merry Chef, and other commercial oven types
  • Other food and beverage equipment types and repairs are based on skill set.
  • Manage the sorting, cycle counts, and organization of inventory per established Vixxo guidelines.
  • You can own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional, reliable services that adhere to all safety rules.
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which includes conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Inventory management experience in handling, sorting, and cycle counting.
  • At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water troubleshooting.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
  • Smartphone proficient for inventory, managing schedules, and other tasks.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
