About the role:  As a Client Success Manager, you will drive long-term service value and benefit utilization our corporate clients and their families. If you are passionate, analytical and data driven and possess a relentless focus on client retention and satisfaction, we are looking for you! You will be instrumental delivering a high-end, meaningful client experience and impacting families around the globe. You will be responsible for supporting the Client Success team with launches, client onboarding, and the successful implementation of Vivvi’s family benefits while delivering a best in class experience for clients and their employees.

As a Client Success Manager, you will:

  • Proactively and regularly engage with target accounts to deliver program insights, recommendations, and solutions 
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual utilization reports using Salesforce, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Foster positive and loyal client relationships that support account retention, renewals and upsells
  • Liaise between Vivvi’s Marketing Team and Client Success for the creation and organization of all client marketing assets
  • Own the development, execution, and timely delivery of client materials for our B2B2C audiences
  • Measure & report on the performance of the team’s B2B2C marketing efforts to inform future program efforts and product enhancements
  • Maintain, manage, and execute the client communication calendars including partner onboardings, launches, and ongoing B2B2C campaigns
  • Conduct customer insight surveys and interviews
  • Work alongside our sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to serve our clients needs seamlessly across our platform of services
  • Strategically identify service expansion opportunities for accounts that have growing human capital needs

  • Have earned a Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in a B2B client success, account management and/or business analytics role at a B2B2C or B2B company,
  • Have experience in the employee benefits space (preferred)
  • Are adept at analyzing and interpreting data and present it internally and to clients.
  • Are skilled at handling large data sets and Excel is a requirement
  • Are organized and have strong project management and presentation skills
  • Are detail oriented
  • Are a creative and effective problem-solver
  • Are familiar with Hubspot and/or Salesforce (preferred)
  • Are able to work in our NYC office at least 2 times per week

What we offer:

  • We offer competitive compensation and benefits. This role's salary rage is $60,000-$90,000 based on level of education and experience.
  • Employees also receive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement savings, and commuter benefits.
  • Employees receive free child-care for ages 0-5
