About the role: As Sales Analyst you will be an instrumental team member, partnering with the rest of the sales team to drive meaningful growth for the entire company. Your ultimate responsibility will be to support our sales team to achieve revenue growth and increase the number of corporate partners accessing the Vivvi platform. You will learn and grow while contributing significant value to Vivvi, our corporate partners, and the families and children we serve.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development efforts by structuring and executing outreach through email sequences and high touch prospecting
- Support in creating client proposals including workforce analysis, pricing & cost analysis, competitive research, and child care market research.
- Take lead on discovery calls with prospects and effectively deliver Vivvi’s mission and value proposition
- Diligently follow up on all prospective client’s requests and questions that stemmed from meetings and presentations
- Project manage all RFPs as the internal POC for information gathering from our internal team. Organize multiple deadlines and workload effectively
- Maintain high level of organization throughout the sales cycle and meticulously manage communications and deal status in hubspot/CRM
- Work collaboratively with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless transition post-sale and optimize utilization and experience for corporate partners and families
- Some travel may be required or participation at local live events
Qualifications
You are set up for success in the Sales Analyst role if you have…
- 2-5+ years of experience in a Sales or Sales Development role at a B2B company, preferably in high growth, early startup environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
- Expertise in HubSpot and Zoominfo. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to adapt as business priorities evolve driven by company growth and journey
- Exceptionally strong organizational and presentation skills, to both internal and external stakeholders
- Effective problem-solving abilities, take ownership and accountability to drive execution on all deliverables
- Success working independently and as part of a team, intellectual curiosity, and the view that no task is too big or too small
- Tenacity and grit who in the face of challenges
