We are looking for an ambitious individual with a passion for quality and a self-starter attitude. As a small company, the Program Manager will have the opportunity to develop and contribute to the success of our rapidly growing company.
What you’ll do:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the program scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define tasks, prioritize work, and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
Understand technical challenges and help bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Optimize resource utilization and ensure teams have the necessary support.
Define and manage program timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Communicate program status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders.
Implement quality assurance processes across projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Who you are:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3+ years of technical program management experience.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience acting as a Scrum Master.
Experience driving Agile transformations within teams or organizations.
A background in technology or a solid understanding of software development processes.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and the ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP), or related areas can be beneficial.
