VitroLabs, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Milpitas California, is a biotech company developing a scalable tissue engineering platform for the efficient and environmentally friendly production of leather from only a few cells.  Combining advanced tissue engineering processes with proprietary advances to achieve commercial scale, VitroLabs is on a mission to produce cell cultivated leather that achieves the look, feel and performance of traditional leather without compromise. About the Role:

As Digital Marketing Manager you will use your expertise in social media marketing strategy and content creation to bring our brand story to the world. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications within the Product Team, you will be a think-partner in the design and execution of one-of-a-kind campaigns for web, email, and social media; oversee the success of all digital platforms; and provide creative solutions for bringing awareness and comprehension to our company, product, and mission. Responsibilities:

  • Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Identify insights and new industry best practices, make recommendations based on the insights.
  • Create content for multiple audience segments and oversee their deployment.
  • Brainstorm creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with agencies and collaborate with external marketing vendors.
  • Evaluate new marketing technologies.
  • Implement new marketing processes
  • Write and edit communications for emails, website, and social content.
  • Manage our digital assets.
  • Create and edit simple digital content, including videos and graphics, whenever possible.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with social media strategy, best practices, and daily management
  • Accomplished creative writer & copy editor
  • Familiarity with marketing data analytics for digital platforms
  • Exposure to basic photo and video editing
  • Exposure to PR best practices
  • Experience using tools such as Hubspot, Wix, and Google Analytics

Compensation:

  • $110,000-$120,000 annually
