The Production Supervisor will have direct oversight of the production operations for their assigned shift with an emphasis on developing our crew members to meet all safety, quality, and efficiency objectives. You are a go-getter and problem solver who sees the details and the bigger picture at the same time. You understand that a production environment is a busy place and that things don’t always go as planned, but you’re able to stay organized and make sure your team understands and works the plan. You have stellar interpersonal skills that enable you to influence and empower your team to meet and exceed expectations.
You’re the kind of person who’s always thinking three or four steps ahead, connecting the dots like an air-traffic controller, staying on top of what needs to happen next to keep everything moving and on time. You love working in a fast-paced environment. You’ve seen firsthand how teamwork makes the dream work, which is why you always lead by example, inspiring those around you to be as proactive, efficient, and accurate as you are.
