At Vitable Health, our team of engineers, clinicians, and operators are building a delightful and affordable primary care benefit designed specifically for the 80 million Americans who are uninsured or under-insured.

We built Vitable because healthcare is complex and expensive, but everyone needs it.  Our vertically integrated primary care program is delivered through a network of nurse practitioners via virtual or in-home visits. We designed our plan to make high-quality concierge care accessible to everyone.

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated team members to join Vitable and help us deliver care to more members! 

The Role

As an Enrollment Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing and constructing the Vitable member experience, facilitating their access to Vitable benefits. You'll contribute to the seamless onboarding process, ensuring members receive the support they need to maximize their benefits.


Responsibilities: 

  • Offer comprehensive enrollment assistance to eligible employees through various channels (phone, email, SMS) during open enrollment and initial onboarding stages.
  • Initiate proactive outreach efforts to eligible employees, encouraging and facilitating their enrollment process.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing timely updates on enrollment status through proactive check-ins via email or phone calls.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of enrollment data, meticulously documenting interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any enrollment-related issues or concerns promptly, striving to deliver a seamless experience for Vitable members.

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of customer service or success experience, with a focus on member enrollment or activation (healthcare enrollment experience preferred).
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Zendesk or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally within operations or customer support departments to establish and document best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong collaborative mindset, particularly in navigating new challenges alongside teammates.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for healthcare and improving accessibility, particularly for underserved populations
