Visier is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to increase customer advocacy, drive deeper adoption and support our growth efforts with references, marketing events and materials. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales and Product teams to help to create a stronger brand and improve the customer experience in support of our advocacy and revenue objective

What you'll be doing...

  • Manage the consistent pipeline of and produce powerful customer success story assets, including case studies, testimonials, videos, slide decks, lists and other marketing assets each quarter
  • Manage customer recognition programs including awards, appreciation days and all customer gifting campaigns
  • Developing and executing strategies to generate a consistent stream of reviews, amplifying our visibility and presence across relevant platforms (G2, etc.)
  • Maintain the customer reference repository, including facilitating customer reference asks for new prospects and generating new reference opportunities within existing accounts
  • Manage the customer quote and speaker repository, consistently creating and sourcing new assets for use in content, demand generation, events and social media
  • Work closely with the Customer Community team on key initiatives, including leading and supporting customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, advisory boards and user groups, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns to drive increased revenue within Visier’s customer install base
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, product releases and webinars.
  • Create, edit, and approve all customer communications (both marketing and operational). Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of all content and communications produced.
  • Support marketing and sales to meet business objectives through customer marketing initiatives
  • Track the progress of program initiatives and reporting on the impact and success of customer marketing programs
  • May be asked to perform other duties as required

What you'll bring to the table...

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in customer marketing/advocacy
  • 2+ years of experience building and executing marketing programs that drive sales, partner and customer engagement in or related to advocacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interview, present and engage directly with customers as well as internal stakeholders and executives
  • Proven track record of successfully driving review site presence and generating positive customer reviews
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to effectively take a project from idea through execution, including managing timeline, resources, expectations, deliverables, etc.
  • Ability to align the execution of tasks with overarching business goals and make data-driven recommendations
  • Team player attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field

The base pay range for this position in the US is $120,000 -$165,000 / year + bonus

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
