Reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilities (Vancouver, Canada), you'll support some of Visier’s Executive Team and will be the main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders. Serving as a liaison to our board of directors, senior management and employees, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment working across multiple time-zones ( APAC, North America and Europe). You'll be accountable for coordinating meetings, arranging travel and providing support to keep our executives organized, informed, and ready at all times.

This role will be based at our Vancouver head office in Yaletown, conveniently located < 10 min from the Canada and Expo Skytrain. This is an in-office role, 5 days per week. 

What You’ll be Doing…

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors and guests, making them feel welcome.
  • Provide Executive Assistance to our Senior Leadership Team.
  • Work closely with the other members of the Facilities Team who support other senior executives to ensure collaboration and teamwork, representing a well-functioning Admin Support group.
  • Support daily operations including meeting room set up & booking schedules, with calendar & expense management.
  • Support our Visier onboarding process and be an extension of our people & Culture team to help ensure all employees are integrated well into the Visier culture.
  • Working with our Events Manager to facilitate, plan & prepare the social events and initiatives that reflect our culture and are consistently represented across all regions.
  • Oversee the upkeep of our facility to ensure that our common space is clean and that everyone does their part in maintaining it.
  • Coordinate travel for business events when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative projects, supporting all departments.

What You’ll Bring to the Table…

  • 3 years administrative and EA/PA experience
  • Display excellent judgment when it comes to matters of confidentiality.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google applications
  • Impeccable organizational and time management capabilities
  • Ability to follow direction & multitask
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently from start to finish
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $50k - $60k + bonus

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
