The SeniorCompensation Analyst will play an integral role in the development of compensation programs, policy, and procedures to meet the fast-paced and ever-changing needs of the business. This role will lead the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs to ensure alignment with the business strategy and goals.
Drive job evaluations and analyze base salaries and incentive plans for external competitiveness, internal equity, and legal compliance.
Develop the annual salary planning process, equity compensation program, and bonus incentive plans.
Manage salary survey participation and make recommendations to enhance compensation packages.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to properly level job requisitions based on variances including role function, geography, seniority.
Collaborate with Business Partners to develop communication plans related to compensation policies, procedures, and training to all levels of employees.
Serve as the main point of contact and internal partner for compensation benchmarking process.
Partner with HRIS Analyst to implement, continuously refine & enhance the HRIS compensation planning module.
Handle confidential and sensitive data with the utmost integrity.

Education and/or Experience
4+ years of in-house compensation experience including equity.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or related field.
Fundamental understanding of core compensation principles and practices is a must.
Essential keen attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task, and follow up on projects and issues that arise.
Proficient in MS Office Applications & Google Suite.
Enhanced exposure to HRIS tools, Paylocity and Workday a plus.
