Summary

The Sr. Director of Supply Chain Operations will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, creating operational cadence, rhythm and structure. Create and drive supplier quarterly business review and KPIs, driving cohesive actions and closures in supply chain group.  

Essential Duties

  • Track and adjust OPEX spending in alignment with project plans and spending targets.
  • Ensure that AOP, financial and product objectives in global supply chain are met.
  • Responsible for business process creation and continuous across the entire operation.
  • Establish, review, monitor KPIs to meet global supply chain goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage Supplier Scorecard system and schedule.
  • Develop and manage quarterly reviews with key suppliers.
  • Develop and manage key templates for supply chain management focusing on costing, lead time reduction trackers etc.
  • Support supplier selection criteria’s and scorecard including supplier’s technical capabilities and financial strength 
  • Manage IP agreement with suppliers during development stage
  • Develop and implement sourcing processes as scorecard, cost planning and insource/outsource costs analysis.
  • Excellent communication and situational awareness

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, finance/accounting related preferred. 
  • 10+ years sourcing or supply chain experience in tech-oriented company
  • Understating of ISO 13585 supplier mgmt. requirements
  • Excellent communicator in written, verbal, presentation form
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

Other Qualifications

  • Proven experience and track record in business management role, deep knowledge in ERP and analytics using Tableau interface. 
  • Ability to create one source of truth for supply chain operations and team. 
  • Excellent collaborative skills alongside finance, legal, engineering, and quality teams to ensure supply flow and costs transparency throughout the organization.  
  • Continuous improvement mindset, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask and execute on priorities.

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and/or motions.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
