OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Partner Experience Specialist (PES) is responsible for assisting with the communication of  the 200+ contractor photographers nationwide partnering with Virtuance. The PES assists with the experience the photographers provide clients onsite and the experience they have partnering with Virtuance. The PES assists with ensuring that all photographers who have completed more than 50 photoshoots produce professional images that meet our expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience for agents and homeowners onsite.
 
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track photographers with 50+ shoots performance metrics
  • Communicate with contract photographers through different lines of communication
  • Review all Client Feedback
  • Review all internal Operations Team Feedback
  • Assist with conducting quarterly and yearly Photography Partner audits to ensure that the business relationship makes sense for both parties
  • Assist with Photographer Invoicing and reconcile all discrepancies
  • Assist with termination of photographers with more than 50 shoots
  • Provide Operations Team Support as needed under the PEM leadership
  • Assist with SOPs and documentation is created and always up to date for all photography experience tasks Perform other duties as assigned
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Photography experience required
  • Excellent communication skills

Compensation:  A competitive base annual salary of $40,000-42,000 (+ eligibility to participate in the Company Performance Bonus) with limitless growth potential.
