VirtualHealth is looking for a Product Deployment Manager to help our rapidly growing team of healthcare entrepreneurs working to solve some of the most complex problems in healthcare.

The Position:

In this client-facing position, you will engage with health organizations to understand their needs, design innovative solutions to streamline care delivery. You will collaborate with product managers, design teams and software engineers to bring in a perspective from the field. Coordination with product success and client success to ensure clients overall product deployment satisfaction.

Ensure Our Customers Succeed:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key client personnel
  • Organize and independently lead meetings, presentations, trainings, and demos
  • Efficiently and effectively solve client problems and concerns


Track Milestones:

  • Manage specific project milestones and overall timelines
  • Document project progress and barriers
  • Escalate risks to Lead and/or Director/VP in a timely manner
  • Update and deliver project documentation within deadlines

 
Build the Platform:

  • Collaborate with product and client teams to discover opportunities for product improvement
  • Balance client and engineering requests to ensure product consistency
  • Gather and consolidate feedback across clients and industry standards for feature development
  • Translate client needs into business requirements
  • Create client deliverables to support product adoption
  • Participate in internal and external business requirements reviews
  • Develop area(s) of subject matter expertise

 

Grow the Company:

  • Support sales and business development activities as a product and industry subject matter expert
  • Provide input on sales and marketing opportunities
  • Represent Client Services in all forums internally and externally
  • Mentor Product Deployment Associates/Sr. Associates

 

The Candidate:

  • 4+ years in product management, consulting, account management, business analysis or another related field
  • Experience in the healthcare space and with creating business requirements (highly preferred)
  • Team player who is dedicated to the success of the company, department and their teammates
  • Ambitious individual who enjoys diving deep into the details of complex problems/processes
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter
  • Analytical with impressive interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable traveling up to 50%
