Virtu Execution Services (VES) comprises of the firm's client-facing business encompassing, Brokerage, Analytics and Workflow technology.
Roles in VES offer the opportunity to:
- Receive an in-depth education on global financial markets and the spectrum of Virtu's products and services- combining technology with business needs
- Effectively leverage technical abilities with people-skills; joining a global team engaging with a wide range of vendors and institutional and retail clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment, exhibiting a positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
- Genuine passion for financial markets, demonstrated through previous experiences or personal interests.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication in various contexts.
- Highly motivated and tenacious individual with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
- Proficiency in programming skills is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn, especially for certain roles where technical expertise is required.
- Proficiency in languages (German, Italian, French etc.) is advantageous for this role.
