Virtu is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Office Administrator to join our Finance & Administration team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage office equipment and working environment
  • Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and accounts payables
  • Provide support for operations team

Requirements & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • 1+ years’ experience working in an office setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
