Virtu's Recruiting Team is hiring a Recruiter to help build our firm with exceptional talent, ranging from professionals to new graduates. Our team manages full-time recruitment and oversees critical student programs that support our long term pipeline of talent, such as our Summer Internship program and our Women's Winternship program. We function as a collaborative and tight knit group, as we manage other various initiatives that intersect the recruiting program. Our team also serves as a new hire's gateway to Virtu, ensuring a great experience from first interview all the way through onboarding.

In this role, you'll help us find new and effective ways to source key talent, build relationships with agencies, and work closely with various teams a Virtu. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruitment,  have exceptional people and communication skills and have flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.   • 3-5 years of experience in a pure Recruitment role
  • Strong experience interviewing prospective candidates
  • Experience with offer negotiations is a strong plus
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and flexible when direction changes
  • Strong drive for success within a collaborative team

Areas of Focus & Core Responsibilities 

  • Manage full lifecycle of recruitment for full-time hires - both graduates and professionals
  • Research strategic candidate sourcing initiatives and grow new and existing relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Assist in formulation of compensation proposals; understand market rates, incentive and benefit types
  • Represent Virtu at campus events  (light travel throughout the year)
