Virta is an online specialty medical clinic that reverses type 2 diabetes safely and sustainably without the risks, costs, or side effects of medications or surgery. As a Enterprise Partnerships Associate you will be on the front line building partnerships with Fortune 1,000 companies, Health Plans and Benefit Consultants. In this role you will be working closely with team leaders and helping to build assets for sales and marketing purposes, leading sales operations efforts, and progressing partnership discussions across the country. The scope of the role includes:

1) Act as the Sales Desk for Virta's enterprise sales efforts (proposals and RFPs, contracting assistance, update of sales presentations, market analysis)

2) Lead Sales Operations for Virta's enterprise sales efforts (SFDC data integrity and reporting, analysis of sales trends, oversight of sales-related tools like SFDC and Cirrus)

3) Mid-market sales leadership (lead sales processes for mid-market clients including fielding incoming leads, presentations, negotiations)


  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong written communication skills - both in e-mail and proposal writing
  • Strong presentation skills (both in -person and through remote presentation technology such as ClearSlide)
  • Proficient in creating Google Slides/Powerpoint/Keynote
  • Understanding of SalesForce or similar CRM to track progress
  • 2 years of professional experience that demonstrates ability to meet and exceed the listed requirements
  • Experience working in a B2B sales and/or marketing role strongly preferred


  • Create and update partnership proposals for Fortune 1,000 employers
  • Oversee and update SFDC - ensuring sales analytics are current and operational
  • Assist with sales asset creation  
  • Take ownership of mid-market deals - selling
  • Build and execute targeting and follow up strategy for key prospects
  • Work with Consultants and deliver remote and in-person presentations

90 Day Plan

Within your first 90 days at Virta, we expect you will do the following:

  • Learn the Virta story and be able to present Virta to prospective companies and partners
  • Complete follow up contact to prospective client partners
  • Update sales presentation and sales proposals as needed
  • Take ownership over Virta’s enterprise (SFDC) instance, including but not limited to data integrity and reporting
