Viral Nation’s Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the Go-to-Market strategies and Inbound for our suite of mobile, web, and brand safety applications. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to position, launch, and promote our apps to achieve business objectives and maximize user acquisition and engagement across both B2B and B2C channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that aligns with the company’s broader objectives
  • Act as voice of the customer, building pipeline and framework for contextualizing the needs of our Customers, Sellers, and the industry landscape
  • Craft compelling positioning and messaging tailored to different customer segments in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Understand and map out the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy. Collaborate on the different marketing channels (paid, social, email, web, pr, etc.)
  • Actively influence product decisions by providing market insights and customer feedback to shape the product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Maximize use of go-to-market channels including blog posts, feature guides, promotional videos, and sales material to drive adoption, user engagement, and sales support.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as download rates, user engagement, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and user surveys to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors specific to mobile apps.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and threats, and update product positioning accordingly.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Data, Insights, and Customer Success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel).
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior and trends, and a commitment to driving consumer-centricity across the organization.
