What You'll Do Here:

  • Work with Media Buyers to execute targeting strategy by owning audience creation and data orchestration across our tech stack
  • Conduct comprehensive audits on ad tracking and setup for potential clients to ensure accuracy and effectiveness; develop and implement remediation plans as needed to optimize ad performance and reporting integrity
  • Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to ensure accurate measurement of key media performance indicators
  • Develop and implement a robust and standardized taxonomy across channels
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, paid media, and creative teams to tag, wrap, and traffic campaign assets
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and troubleshoot discrepancies or other issues across DSPs and analytics platforms
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation of ad ops processes and procedures
  • Assist in Marketing Tech development to support all biddable media campaigns
  • Generating and analyzing reports via API calls to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders

What You Need To Have:

  • 3+ years working in Ad Operations or Media Buying
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience working across the the Google tech stack (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, AdWords, DV360, SA360, DCM)
  • Experience with Social Media Ad Platforms, pixel implementation, event tracking, audience creation (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • DSP/PMP/DMP Ad-Server setup knowledge
  • Knowledge of mobile app install campaigns (SKAN, MMPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
