Vermont Information Processing India (VIP India) is looking for a Human Resources Manager who can manage the end-to-end HR function for the company. This candidate will be a part of the Human Resources Team, working directly with the Directors and the Human Resources Manager for Vermont Information Processing U.S. Must be located in Mumbai, India. Relocation unavailable.
Job Profile:
- Ability to handle end-to-end employee life cycle in the organization from recruitment, onboarding, engagement, payroll, and exit
- HR database/record maintenance
- Headcount reporting, attrition analysis, and other MIS generation
- Effective employee grievance handling, including employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
- Supervise the timely and accurate preparation of monthly payroll
- Building strong relationships with local stakeholders and the U.S. team
- Maintain employee handbook and HR policies
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements
- Drive key initiatives of the organization
- Drive HR automation and process improvement
- Motivate, mentor, and support the junior HR member
Skills:
- Prior experience in handling the entire HR function for a small to mid-sized company
- Prior experience handling HRMS and payroll system
- Prior experience in working with stakeholders and junior HR team members
Educational Qualification:
- Master's degree in Human Resources from a reputed college
Experience:
- 10-12 years of HR experience
- Preferably from the IT industry
