Position Summary:

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the NetSuite System Administrator will own, administer and maintain all aspects of the NetSuite ERP system.

Core responsibilities/Expectations

  • Daily maintenance and management of the NetSuite application
  • Develop, test and rollout customizations, workflows, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases and system integration based on user/business needs
  • Build, distribute and support dashboards, searches and operational reports
  • Design and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate data and perform regular data audits, escalating and resolving data integrity issues as appropriate
  • Establish and enforce formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, and usage
  • Create NetSuite training materials; facilitate training sessions as needed.
  • Provide front line support for all users with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance
  • Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support and 3rd party integration partners
  • Manage proper system permissions for all roles to provide appropriate access while meeting internal and external control requirements
  • Maintain the sandbox environment to allow accurate testing of enhancements and training
  • Analyze complex problems and assess how NetSuite can solve them without adversely impacting other functionality/business segment requirements
  • Continually optimize system functionality
  • Additional ad hoc projects and assignments based on business needs
  • Regularly monitor compliance and stay abreast of trends impacting the business across geographies

 Qualifications

  • 4+ years functional hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry
  • NetSuite Certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation)
  • Detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices in Accounting, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay
  • Experience integrating various SaaS platforms with NetSuite, such as accounting, business intelligence, customer management and sales force automation
  • Previous project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Highly comfortable working across-functionalities/businesses/geographies
