Vimeo is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator I to join our Accounts Payable team and handle a high volume of domestic and international payables. This role will primarily be responsible for fielding  inquiries, processing vendor invoices via Cor360, facilitating vendor on-boarding, gathering manual wire support, and resolving invoice exceptions.  This role will be knowledgeable in the areas of Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Reimbursement, and the Purchasing Card policies and procedures as well as participation in our financial reporting. The position will report to the Manager, Accounts Payable and receive exposure to all departments and levels of Vimeo personnel.

What you'll do:

  • Accounts Payable 
    • Manage and own all aspects of invoice processing
    • Processing invoices in Cor360 (i.e. GL allocations, invoice routing for initial approval, exceptions, duplicates and AP initial review)
    • Cor360 Reporting
    • Obtaining/reviewing required tax forms to initiate supplier registration in Oracle Cloud
    • Review executed contracts for payment terms and ensure timely payments
    • Prepares manual wire vouchers for processing 
    • Conduct timely communication with all vendors and Vimeo personnel
    • Completion of monthly BlackLine tasks
  • Miscellaneous
    • Maintain the various Vimeo AP email inboxes (i.e. AccountsPayable, Invoices, Expenses, Terminations, P-Card)
    • Assist Cor360 users on invoice processing (as needed)
    • Enter manual Wires in CashPro
    • Special projects and ad-hoc requests.

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 0-2+ years of relevant experience coordinating A/P, T&E and/or company credit cards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of GAAP, SOX controls and operational accounting/financial reporting processes.
  • Knowledge of 1099 and 1042 IRS reporting is a plus but not required.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel - v-lookups, pivot tables), G-Suite; experience working with Cor360 (Corcentric), Oracle Cloud, CashPro (Bank of America), Blackline, PNC Visa Spend Clarity, ContractSafe, SimpleLegal, PWC PMO Hub Jira.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Superb follow-up skills.
