Vimeo is looking for an experienced Director of Account Management to manage a team of Account Directors. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing how Vimeo manages our top accounts. You will run forecast meetings, deal with client escalations and work cross-departmental on refining the customer experience.
If you have a proven track record of exceeding revenue retention goals, growing a SaaS business (preferably in online video), and implementing a go-to-market strategy, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
Manage a team of 4 Account Directors responsible for customer satisfaction, revenue retention, and upsell
Manage pipeline and forecast to senior management on a weekly basis
Handle client escalations with a high level of customer-facing skills and sales expertise
Hold 1-on-1 meetings with the team and develop career growth for each individual resource
Create best practices that deliver an increase in productivity and sales results
Communicate with internal stakeholders to improve overall customer experience
Skills and knowledge you possess:
7+ years experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
5+ years managing a team of individual contributors responsible for revenue retention and upsell
Experience working as a vendor with C-level executives
Knowledge of online video operations
Bonus points for:
