The Role

You will support the day-to-day network and cloud systems operations in a highly secured yet super technical and advanced environment, build documentation and emphasize superior support models. You will support our Tel Aviv and New York locations. This is an amazing opportunity for IT pros to extend their knowledge in cybersecurity and be a part of a team that breathes security and innovation!

What you will do 

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Vim employees by resolving all IT-related issues, from routine system access to complex infrastructure challenges, with a commitment to service excellence
  • Oversee and maintain Vim's hybrid infrastructure, including cloud-based and on-premises IT systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration for Mac and Windows users.
  • Investigate cybersecurity incidents as a first-tier responder.
  • Build and maintain Vim’s “zero-touch” approach and enable a seamless onboarding experience by automating macOS/Windows/Linux provisioning processes.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize both existing and new technologies to enhance employee experience while maintaining rigorous security standards
  • Drive process improvement through automation of recurring workflows 
  • Provide technical support for company events and special operations
  • Document and share your knowledge by creating internal articles as well as self-help guides for customers.

Who we are looking for 

  • 5+ Years of demonstrated experience in enterprise IT roles
  • Strong technical proficiency in:
    • Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
    • Network Infrastructure
    • Cloud technologies
    • Centralized management tools (Jamf, Active Directory+GPO)
    • SSO and user provisioning services
    • Endpoint security management
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
  • Experience managing cross-platform environments (Microsoft and macOS)
  • Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Flexibility to support global operations, particularly US East Coast business hours
  • Background in high-growth technical startups preferred

The ideal candidate will come from a tier-one technical startup with a history of high growth and scale. They will have a strong enterprise software go-to-market background with a highly technical foundation.
