The Role

Who we are looking for

As a Product Strategy Manager for our User Experience within the clinical setting. You will report to the Director of Product Strategy at Vim. You will help to design the direction of our product portfolio in order to drive growth, profitability and market competitiveness by representing the voice of our end users. We are looking for someone with a balance of clinical, product, and customer-facing skill sets. This person will need to be eager to roll up their sleeves, collaborate with providers and clinic support / admin staff, and support the evolution of existing and new Vim products.

Leveraging your expertise in clinical workflows and product management & development, you will collaborate with cross-functional Vim teams and our end users to gather feedback, assess and synthesize it, and test new product concept strategies in partnership with our Product Managers. You will partner closely with the Network, Marketing, Commercial, and Product Management (your team) functions at Vim. You will be our point person for end users who are willing to share their Vim experience with us, want to test and evolve their interaction with our products, and who are willing to serve as our design partners as we grow and scale.

  • End User Feedback Process, Gathering, Synthesizing, Roadmap Planning, and Forums
  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for Vim network clinics and end users. You will work hand in hand with our Network team to establish product feedback cadences, mechanisms (e.g. in person visits and virtual meetings; feedback channels both internally and externally) and will own strategies for engaging clinics to participate in these forums.
  • Establish, grow, and maintain a forum of end user “champions” that you and the product team can tap for new feature / product discovery, existing product engagement / utilization discovery, and more. You will own the development of incentive programs and additional methods to continue to nurture this community.
  • Handle feedback aggregation, reviews, organization-wide monthly insights and prioritization support for Vim’s product portfolio (strategic vision).
  • Participate in and lead clinic feedback sessions to better understand end-user sentiment and synthesize for the product team as part of regular planning cycles (feature and capability level).
  • Support commercial team training on new products and new product features; manage regular support questions / requests in partnership with the Marketing and Product teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing on user-focused assets, and key positioning / narratives to raise awareness and interest across our clinics and end users.
  • Competitive Intelligence and Analysis
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to help Vim maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies to enhance our product offering.
  • Enhance and maintain existing competitive analysis documentation.
  • Ad Hoc Special Projects and Research
  • Regulatory environment assessment and product impact analysis (e.g. CMS 2025 Advanced

  • Experience in both clinical workflows and product management with a proven track record of success in clinic workflow development and / or enhancement, product management, customer-facing activities, strategic functions, and / or operational roles
  • Strong user / customer-facing “soft skills” and analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding and ability to explain complex concepts like HEDIS, risk adjustment, quality referrals, data exchange, medical record retrieval, etc

  • You're comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly
