The Delivery Team:
Our Delivery Team is a critical function in our growing business. This team is tasked with ensuring that Vim’s channel partners successfully shift from closed sales opportunities into live solutions through onboarding, R&D-customer coordination and analytics.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the point of contact and project manager for all implementation and integration activities with the project’s channel partner, collaborating closely with our R&D leaders and leading detailed scoping, data integration, project planning, KPIs definition and control, project execution, UATs and go live process.
- Track progress internally and externally, making sure the project is on the right path while identifying and managing risks on completion.
- Lead execution process from end to end, controlling customer requests and managing expectations on both sides.
- Collaborate across the organization: work closely with Provider Growth, Payer Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Product and R&D development leaders to create a seamless channel partner experience.
- Be the project within Vim in a “Deliver or Die” state of mind.

What you will need:
Must Have
- 5+ years technical project management within Saas tech companies (3+ in US healthcare organizations- advantage).
- Strong project management and organization skills, with demonstrated experience delivering results across multiple workstreams and projects at once.
- Proven experience driving customer integrations and deploying project management best practices
- Experience with creating verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations, tutorials, demos and whitepapers

- Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills that allow you to quickly and authentically connect to colleagues and customers.
Nice to Have
- Solid knowledge of the health information technology landscape as relevant for working directly with healthcare businesses.
- Technological background (actual software engineering).
- Customer success background- preferred.
