About the position:
We are looking for a qualified individual to oversee and address our customers’ business technology needs. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Technical Account Manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals.
Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the sales process and strengthen customer relationships.
You will be responsible for
Providing technical support for customers to support Pre-sales and post-sales processes
Addressing all product-related queries on time
Training customers to use products effectively
Providing developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
Reporting on product performance
Identifying solutions to reduce support costs
Analyzing customers’ needs and suggesting upgrades or additional features that meet their requirements
Liaising with the sales department to win new business and increase sales
Establishing best practices
Keeping track of sales performance metrics to achieve specific goals.
1+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager/ Business Analyst / Customer Success in the AdTech space
Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High proficiency in English (Native English- a strong plus!)
