About the Position:

Join our team as an Ad Operations Specialist, bringing your expertise in process definition, A/B testing, and thriving in a fast-paced delivery environment. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns, leveraging your existing skills to drive optimization and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your process definition knowledge to streamline and enhance ad campaign execution workflows.

- Lead and execute A/B tests to gather insights and optimize campaign performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of ad campaigns.

- Monitor performance campaigns and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.

- Analyze data to provide strategic recommendations for ongoing improvements.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and propose solutions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into operations.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver results.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in ad operations or a related field.

- Proven track record of defining and improving processes for campaign execution.

- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and industry-standard ad platforms.

- Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
