You will be responsible for optimizing the digital experience to ensure that content is being served to the right people at the right time, reporting on more than just basic web metrics to ensure our target audiences are happy and getting the information they need to understand who we are and what we do.  In this new role for Victorious, you will drive continuous improvement and be excited to pursue the possibilities.    



Optimizing Victorious’ digital presence to serve our target audiences.



  • Managing the full digital marketing web experience including the Victorious website, campaign landing pages, customer knowledge base, and career pages.
  • Managing ongoing improvements to the Victorious website, ensuring that the site is on-brand, converting leads, and up-to-date. (including both on-site updates and managing back-end maintenance).
  • Creating high-performing landing pages, and working with our Inbound Marketing Manager to continually optimize, increasing conversions through pay-per-click, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Crafting long-term UX and conversion rate optimization strategies that use A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content to improve user journeys and target key audience segments.
  • Implementing our internal SEO campaign, driving optimizations for search in tandem with updates for the human user experience.
  • Staying up-to-date on the quickly-evolving digital marketing landscape, adding new marketing tools that extend the functionality of our website and help us better data-drive its effectiveness.
  • Managing outsourced web development and design projects, keeping them on budget and aligned with our goals and expectations.



  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Extensive experience managing a website - preferably in Wordpress - including using tools and plugins to extend the functionality of the site.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience using data to personalize and optimize the user experience.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and dynamic content.
  • Experience integrating marketing automation - preferably Hubspot - into the digital experience.
  • A proven ability to create an engaging user experience that converts.
