As part of the Human Resources team, the HR Project Manager will manage the human capital planning associated with a number of HR Initiatives centered on workplace culture, performance and compensation planning as well as continuing progress on implementing components of Workday HCM. The role will also be responsible for documenting and delivering process improvements on end-to-end processes associated with projects and within HR. The HR Project Manager will act as a liaison between project teams to ensure adequate resource planning, timing, and training resources. Responsible for overall HR project development plan including specific resource and timing needs.



  • Own projects from kickoff through completion; manage budgets, schedules and all communication throughout implementation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Daily tracking of materials, assets and resources for assigned projects
  • Be the point of communication with project team and share updates and assets as needed
  • Act as a liaison between project teams to ensure any revisions to project plans are aligned with resources
  • Apply performance improvement models and methodologies to complex organization problems where needed



  • PMP Certification
  • 5+ years' experience in Project Management. Experience working in HR or a support function a plus.
  • BS degree in a technical or business field required
  • Experience with performance and process improvement discipline (data collection, measurement, KPI definition and alignment with corporate strategy / objectives)
  • Proven experience in influencing managers and leaders across the organization
  • Basic knowledge of the core functions of HR is a plus
