Viber is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support our international teams. The ideal candidate has experience with recruitment at a fast-paced tech company, strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys working with international partners. The individual will be responsible for mentoring members of the TA team, full cycle recruitment, process improvement, developing recruitment campaigns, and creating excellent candidate experiences. This individual will be joining a diverse team, and working with great professionals around the globe.

The Senior Recruiter will be a key member in growing the international offices of Viber in the US, UK, Ukraine, Russia, Bulgaria, Philippines, Singapore and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full cycle recruitment for international job openings
  • Establish and own the best candidate, and stakeholder experience 
  • Optimize reporting and analytics to understand key recruitment metrics
  • Source and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and attract the best talent.
  • Maintain and optimize processes and systems (ATS: Greenhouse)
  • Partner closely with HR representatives on best practices, contract drafting, and onboarding
  • Mentor and support hiring manager to understand successes and opportunities for the team, to find the best candidate
  • Plan, execute, and support recruiting campaigns, from webinars, meetups, friends-referrals, internships programs, and more!

Requirements:

  • MUST have experience recruiting for a market outside of the UK 
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience at a tech company
  • +2 years of experience working in a global recruitment function
  • Proactive, creative, and result oriented
  • Experience in recruitment operations; understand how to utilize and optimize processes and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to structure work processes, prioritize your tasks and self-lead.
  • Data analytics & measurement – take decisions based on data, build clear data measurement for managing effective and quality hiring process, ongoing improvement based on quality and quantitative data. 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, and G-Suite
