Viber is looking for a Partnership Intern with experience and interest in the mobile and digital industry. This role will form an essential part of our Global Business Development & Partnerships team, delivering high quality performance and brand partnerships that reward our users. Working directly with senior members of the team to create and sustain relationships with publishers, media, brands direct, and agencies. The successful candidate will work across our suite of products to assist in planning, creating, negotiating and delivering best in market partnerships across our platform and beyond. 

This is an ideal role for a motivated individual, who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, pays strict attention to detail, is mobile-savvy, and is quick to take initiative. 

Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute on leads for new-product (Communities & Chat Extensions (gifs) onboarding, testing and implementation
  • Build strategies to expand the partnership network and create value to attract new users
  • Assume day-to-day responsibility of partner relationships during onboarding processes
  • Be the ‘go to ‘person for the partners’ needs, defining and executing on the long-term partner relationship
  • Carry out detailed partner analysis, including product and marketing performance
  • Seek and secure activation opportunities and improvement as result of the analysis
  • Create regular reporting structure for internal and external needs
  • Navigate through Salesforce; enrich and structure the database; create segments for targeted coms
  • Coordinate with other relevant departments across the wider business, specifically Marketing, Product, Technology and Revenue teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently studying Business, Marketing, Management or related field
  • +1 years of experience in a Partnerships or Account Management role
  • Experience in the mobile and/or social media industries
  • Motivated, energetic, self-starter, independent, ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinking, data-driven, problem-solving skills, excellent Excel skills
  • Hungarian and/or Czech language skills are a bonus
  • International experience is a plus

Skills

  • Basic technical knowledge of digital builds and capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs and back-office
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
