As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be working closely with engineers, designers and product managers on new product launches. As part of the QA team, you will be responsible for the quality of our products, including the award-winning Citymapper iOS and Android apps.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and run organised processes of manual and automated QA testing
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams
  • Develop test scenarios and documentation. Create and write test plans and test cases
  • Manual testing on a wide variety of environments
  • Write automated tests
  • Identify and reproduce bugs
  • Provide feedback on product quality and user experience
  • Set up and maintain test environments

Who You Are:

  • At least 3 years of experience with QA methodologies and testing processes.
  • Experience with mobile testing
  • Excellent communicator with good ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience in writing automated tests
  • Technically minded, with an ability to think out of the box and find solutions for complex testing scenarios
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow test plans and specifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
