As a Go-To-Market Analyst, you will work to build, evaluate, and optimize scalable marketing processes that pushes Via’s business to the next level. You will conduct complex data analyses that will be used to determine the direction to Via’s marketing efforts. You will be collaborating with other marketers, sales people and engineers in order to drive rapid growth for Via’s partnership business.
What You'll Do:
Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
Develop robust KPIs for marketing performance monitoring
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing performance.
Suggest strategies for untapped areas of marketing investment, to help design and lead the continual evolution and scaling of our marketing strategy
Who You Are:
Stellar analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
3+ yrs experience in Marketing, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations, ideally in a technology-first B2B organization
B.A./B.Sc. or equivalent working experience
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Ability to communicate business problems in simple and data backed narrative format
Open to new ideas and the value that others bring. There should not be a “right” way of doing things - we are building (and iterating on) the right way for Via
What Catches Our Eye:
Experience with Marketing Automation tools (extra points for Pardot and HubSpot)
Experience at a fast-growing startup in the technology, software, or mobility space
Proven experience developing software
Experience with SQL or data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
