Operations Support Specialists will provide the ground support necessary to ensure the program's success. You'll monitor and ensure quality standards of the ongoing service, troubleshoot rider and driver issues as they occur in real time, and support driver recruitment efforts.
Proactively troubleshoot service related issues
Support as needed with driver onboarding and ongoing compliance
Coordinate with management to channel customer feedback to all areas of the business such as technology, marketing, design and product teams
Notice even the smallest trends and pain points, then brainstorm ways in which we can create solutions to improve each customer’s experience
Commitment: This is an ongoing contract position (up to 40 hours per week) staffed via HireArt and based in Manhattan, New York. A typical schedule is five days a week, from 3:30 AM - 11:30 AM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM (weekend and holiday availability required)
Ownership and responsibility to execute and ensure the operation is working well
Comfortable leading and collaborating with your team
Able to use and troubleshoot technology (e.g., Via proprietary tools for ridesharing and dispatching)
Availability to work late night, weekends and holidays as required
A passion for revolutionizing the transportation industry
Knowledge of Via's products/services or other transportation experience is ideal
