Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team.
As an Engineering Manager at VGW, you'll lead a team focused on ensuring robust disaster recovery practices, high availability, and resilience across our platforms for application teams. You will provide line management and technical leadership, ensuring our engineering teams deliver product features effectively.
Tech we use
You will work across various technologies, with the core ones being AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
What you bring
- You have strong experience across Infrastructure (IaC and tools like Terraform and Helm) and CI/CD.
- You have excellent technical acumen and expertise in web, cloud, and data technologies.
- You have a deep understanding of software engineering principles and architectural best practices.
- You have proven experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- You are an excellent communicator who is able to describe technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
