Engineering Manager
VGW is a fast-growing technology company and creator of market-leading online social games, on a mission to become the biggest gaming company in the world.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager to come on board and support the integration of new gaming products into VGWs systems. In this role, you will provide line management and technical leadership, ensuring our engineering teams deliver product features effectively.
Tech we use
You will work across a range of technologies, including AWS, Kotlin, Typescript, mobile frameworks like React Native and game engines like Unity.
What you bring
- You have experience with efficient and scalable integrations between systems, with expertise in APIs and middleware
- You have excellent technical acumen and experience in web, cloud, and data technologies
- You have a deep understanding of software engineering principles and architectural best practices
- You have proven experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams
- You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to describe technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
