Senior CRM Marketing Specialist

As the Senior CRM Marketing Specialist you are responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of retention campaigns as part of the CRM Lifecycle strategy. Reporting to the CRM Manager, Yield you will work on the execution process of the Yield customer lifecycle from ideation, stakeholder buy-in, assets preparation, content creation, communications deployment and performance tracking, ensuring that campaigns are executed with precision and with the sole purpose of driving growth.

Note: This role is to be based in Sydney, Australia. Relocation package will be provided to the successful applicant. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure comms across all retention channels are created and personalised accordingly based on customer segment.
  • Conduct constant Test and Learn campaigns for their life stage and incorporate any learnings into future campaigns.
  • Identify the optimal customer selection criteria for their respective life stages.
  • Identify, understand, surface and increase the average lifetime value of customers within their respective life stages.
  • Define, understand the metrics that demonstrate efficiency of lifecycle campaigns. Optimise campaigns in line with this metric
  • Understand the story behind the numbers and present results and insight to the rest of the business in various forms.
  • Work closely with the analytics team to understand the behaviour of customers and tailor the lifecycle journey accordingly.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree qualification in marketing, business administration, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years’ CRM experience and 5+ years of email marketing.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the gaming or sports industry is advantageous
  • Proven experience of tracking and reporting on campaign and marketing metrics.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working on projects in any capacity.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and customer lifecycle management.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinking on campaign design and imagery assets.
