About the opportunity
Veza is looking for an Employee Experience Manager and will report to The Head of People and Culture
You will:
As an Employee Experience Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and overseeing initiatives that will enhance the overall employee experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create a positive, engaging work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, retention and productivity.
You will be responsible for:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with our MIGHT values
- Employee Engagement: Help design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, including surveys, recognition programs and team building activities.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires and departing employees
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization, working to create an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued and respected.
- Employee Feedback: Act as a champion for employee feedback, collecting insights and data to drive continuous improvement in the employee experience
- Internal Communications: Oversee internal communication channels to ensure transparency, alignment and engagement across the organization
You have:
- Education:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience:
- 3-5 years in Human Resources with a focus in employee engagement and employee experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of employee engagement principles, best practices and industry trends
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a fast- paced startup environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Hands on experiences with hybrid / virtual work environments
- Outgoing personality and whom loves communications
- Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
- Others/Nice to have:
- Certification in Human Resources

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
