The Director of Product at Vettery is responsible for defining and delivering products that help our clients/employers find candidates, our candidates find employers, and our internal team make the whole process run quickly and smoothly.  As a company, our user base has grown more than 10x over the past 2 years and we need to ensure that our product continues to deliver a positive experience across the board.  As Director of Product, you will help us enable our Talent Marketplace to scale into a multibillion-dollar business.

What you'll do:

  • Run the product roadmap, requirements, and prioritization for our talent marketplace and internally-facing tools
  • Drive the steps of the creative process including design, UI/UX, and user research
  • Become a product expert and build a vision to evolve the platform, serve our clients, and grow revenue
  • Manage features through the design, development, QA, and release process in close collaboration with the engineering team
  • Create and implement KPIs to evaluate product and team success


  • 8+ years of experience in a product management role; SaaS / software experience is highly preferred
  • A track record of success overseeing sizeable product teams with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work in tandem with sophisticated engineering teams and infrastructure
  • Passion for delivering products that create customer value
  • Experience working across functional groups, including marketing, sales, and client services
  • Strong business intuition and judgment including the ability to define and articulate the value proposition for new features
  • Must be able to function autonomously and with limited oversight from executive leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business related field preferred
