As a Product Manager at Vettery, you will drive the development of user-centric products and features for our talent marketplace.  Over the past 2 years, our user base has grown considerably and we are now positioned to scale our product into a multibillion-dollar business.  Your work will help connect highly-qualified job-seekers with some of the fastest growing companies in the world.

What you'll do:

  • Contribute to the product roadmap, requirements, and workflow for our talent marketplace and internally-facing tools
  • Drive development forward on features that will enhance our product and add value for our users
  • Support the creative process of our product team including design, UI/UX, and user research projects
  • Work closely with our engineering team across the design, deployment, release, and QA stages of the development process
  • Incorporate the views of multiple stakeholders and constituencies in the product management process

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a product management role; software experience experience is highly preferred
  • A track record of success working on products with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for delivering products that create customer value
  • Experience working across functional groups, including marketing, sales, and client services
  • Strong business intuition and judgment including the ability to define and articulate the value proposition for new features
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or business related field preferred
