The Product Designer will work directly with our Creative Director, CTO, and Product team on direction and improvements for internal and external tools. The role's primary function will be owning our product design, but a great candidate will be a generalist, able to work on brand design when necessary.

 Who you are:
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, with an emphasis on product & interaction design (Startup and SaaS experience is a big plus!)
  • Comfortable with light programming (HTML/CSS) and rapid prototyping
  • Experience managing a team of designers and content creators
  • Full knowledge of the Adobe Suite & prototyping software
  • Ability to seamlessly switch from conceptual design to production
  • Team player. Easily be able to pass off a concept or move forward with another designer's work
  • Experience working with a full development team

What you'll do: 
  • Own the internal and external product design process
  • Develop and maintain consistent design and experience across the entire Vettery product
  • Work with the Creative Director to enhance and grow the brand
  • Work with our talent and client teams to ensure needs are being met across the board
  • Collaborate with the development team to prototype and ship complete, functional, and beautiful improvements to the product
  • Manage expectations and update users on changes to the product
  • Over time, grow your team: mentor and develop a team of designers and content creators
  • Run and analyze user testing of new features with our Product Managers
