As our first management-level hire for our Sales Operations Team, you'll be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. You'll report to our Director of Operations and partner closely with sales leadership to help scale the sales infrastructure during this next stage of growth.
A little more about what you will do:
Lead core sales operations including resource planning, sales metrics reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales enablement implementation, sales compensation design and administration
Lead an existing team and scale out the organization with additional hires going forward
Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to maximize team performance and operational infrastructure
Build from the ground up: Help our sales team enter new markets and drive new client acquisition
Provide deep analytic support and business context to identify and drive critical growth initiatives
Continue to build out our Salesforce instance as the team grows
2+ year of relevant work experience in sales operations or relevant finance / consulting experience (experience managing teams is a big plus)
A highly attentive systems thinker who excels at implementing and maintaining efficient processes
Ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets across multiple reporting environments (Salesforce and SQL experience preferred)
Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to partner with individuals at all levels across many functional areas of the company to further drive growth
