Veterinary Practice Manager 

The Pet Wellness Group is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing [clinic/hospital] operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the The Pet Wellness Group and the well-being of the animals we care for.

What to Expect

Salary: $65K-$80K dependent on skills and experience 

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on personnel management, including hiring, training, and development.
• Manage [clinic/hospital] operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
• Guide and coach colleagues toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.
• Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting.
• Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system, AviMark

Our beautiful state-of-the-art facility has 3 exam rooms, a large treatment area with a separate surgical suite, and a cat-friendly wing! We’re fully equipped with all the bells and whistles, including In-House Lab, Digital Dental Radiographs, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Electrocardiogram monitors.
