Why South Putnam Animal Hospital in Mahopac, NY?

Are you the Veterinarian we're looking for?  South Putnam Animal Hospital is in search of the right Associate Veterinarian to join our family.  We have the flexibility to create a full or part time schedule to meet that right person's needs!

Our new Associate Veterinarian loves to practice high quality medicine in a supportive practice with all the bells and whistles and still enjoy a good work-life balance.  You want to bond with our excellent clientele and are friendly and confident in your demeanor with clients, patients, and staff.  You enjoy practice and know that having access to ultrasound, in house lab, and the ease of digital radiology (standard and dental) plus support from our long term, experienced team - especially our licensed veterinary technicians - makes providing high-level care a breeze.

You have some experience in general practice - internship trained and well qualified new graduates should apply! - and are now looking for a practice to call home, where you can take advantage of all the Hudson Valley has to offer, from outdoor recreation to the culture of nearby New York City.  You want to thrive in an environment where cases are discussed among the 4 doctors (including our ABVP Canine/Feline board-certified Co-owner and Medical Director). You're excited to be part of a team that loves to grow and learn and shares the common goal of providing excellent care.  You'll want to bring your dentistry and general surgery skills as well as your desire to learn and expand your abilities, your love for cats and dogs, and your passion for outstanding customer service.
