Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Sales Strategy Associate to play a pivotal role in building out and enhancing our sales infrastructure, with a focus on lead activation and sales enablement. This role will enable you to make a significant impact on our team’s ability to drive revenue, enhance operational efficiency, and scale effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Sales Strategy Director, you will collaborate across teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with our 2025 goals.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Launch, coordinate, and manage multi-channel lead activation campaigns aimed at booking meetings and generating new business opportunities for sales.
- Oversee content creation and development in support of lead activation campaigns.
- Lead the ongoing management and sales enablement efforts for discounts and promotions.
- Manage updates and enhancements to product pricing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide ad-hoc support for a variety of sales strategy and enablement initiatives.
- Draft content for key initiatives, including presentations, project roadmaps, and strategic memos.
Requirements:
The Necessities
- Experience preferably in a business development, sales, or marketing role.
- Strong organizational work ethic, with the ability to balance multiple projects and goals without micromanagement.
- Strong aptitude for writing and creating content, from internal training materials and project roadmaps to external marketing material and email campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, support and guide multiple team members via clear written and oral communication.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce, comfort level with other sales technology including Hubspot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Slack, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs, and tackle new challenges daily.

This role will be based in Vestwell’s New York Phoenix, Austin, or King of Prussia office, and will be expected to report to the office in a hybrid schedule.
The expected base salary range for this position is a minimum of $80K - $90K. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Pool and is eligible to receive new hire equity in the Company. Please note that salary bands are based on NY and other similar metro areas and may differ based on where the role is ultimately hired.

Next steps can vary by role, but the usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an Engineer, a portfolio review for a Designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in-person interview panel after that if the screens go well.
