We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who is not just willing but wanting to roll up their sleeves to help us build a world-class sales organization from the ground up. Our ideal team member will help organize, strategize, and understand our go-to-market efforts and tune for efficiency and effectiveness. The Revenue Operations Manager will help drive the sales / revenue teams by organizing and making sense of data across multiple tools–both quantifiable and qualitative. Key metrics will be based on sales conversion rates, sales cycle times, cost of acquisition, and gross / net revenue.

The Revenue Operations Manager will also work with our product, finance, and technology teams in addition to sales and marketing (GTM).

This position will be challenging and will require attention to detail. Our goals are lofty, but attainable, and our Revenue Operations Manager will be an important team member helping us achieve our goals and vision.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and oversee our Salesforce CRM platform operation and performance including data integrity and user /process adoption
  • Manage Salesforce <> Hubspot integration for data consistency and reporting across the GTM team
  • Manage and oversee our greater sales and marketing tech stack ensuring orchestration across tooling to drive collaboration, visibility, and effectiveness
  • Develop new and update existing metrics, dashboards, and reports to display data as need–both leading and lagging indicators
  • Collaborate with sales directors (/ account executives) to build account plans, mutual success plans, client-specific sales collateral 
  • Build or refine business processes to drive revenue objectives
  • Monitor critical KPIs such as sales conversion rates, pipeline velocity, pipeline growth and others, and report performance
  • Develop documentation and collateral to support sales teams including rollout strategies, execution of training, etc. 
  • Participate in the budgeting process by providing input on sales forecasts and booking targets
  • Periodically review tech stack to ensure teams are doing what they do best including adoption or deprecation of tools
  • Work across the sales, marketing, product, finance, and technology teams to drive efficiencies in the sales process
  • Effectively own the customer buying journey throughout the lifecycle, leveraging tools to provide data visibility and reporting on effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies 

Who You Are

  • 1-3 years of experience as a finance / business analyst OR sales / revenue operations professional is a MUST
  • Experience with Hubspot modules like Operations and Marketing is desirable 
  • Knowledge of and experience in Salesforce CRM is a MUST
  • Strong data analysis with SQL knowledge is desirable
  • Sales coordination or other sales-related experience is desirable
  • Understanding / experience in supply chain is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with marketing automation, sales engagement, etc. tools are nice-to-haves
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to clearly articulate and present concepts, strategy, and vision to internal and external teams
  • High aptitude and adaptability to help turn unstructured environments into structured processes
  • Ability to adapt to fast-moving and changing environment as the team and our product grows

    **Note that this role is located in Atlanta, with working from our Midtown Atlanta office required 2-3x per week.
