About The Role

We are looking for a demand generation leader with a strong interest in data science, machine learning, and AI. This person will work cross-functionally to strategize, develop, and drive programs, content, and tactics to help showcase the value of our Verta to data science and machine learning teams at large, global enterprises.

As our Account Based Marketing (ABM) leader, you will build our ABM capabilities from the ground up, driving the strategy and execution of a wide array of digital and IRL marketing programs. You’ll craft and execute customer-first marketing plans with a focus on driving business goals for our enterprise accounts. In this high-visibility role, you will have an opportunity to forge strong relationships with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Define ABM strategy and program execution in close collaboration with our Sales team while representing the customer in the process
  • Work as a campaign strategist by conducting in-depth analysis and generating insights to create and execute campaigns.
  • Be accountable for driving results and attaining pipeline goals
  • Work with account teams to develop compelling one-on-one ABM account plans that successfully engage enterprise accounts and move them to drive pipeline and business.
  • Measure, monitor, and optimize programs, employ industry best practices, and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise business-to-business (B2B) marketing in Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing programs
  • Experience setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics with problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and external creative agencies with the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience with one-on-one and ABM programs with an understanding of pipeline, account engagement, and sales relationship management
  • Knowledge of cloud and technology vendors, enterprise software technology, and an ABM tech stack and interest in learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, influencing, and project management skills
